Sponsoring Seminarians​
Each year our council proudly sponsors 5 Seminarians studying at St. Joseph Seminary in Yonkers to support their vocation.
Sisters of Life
The Sisters of Life is a religious community founded in 1991 by John Cardinal O’Connor for the protection and enhancement of the sacredness of every human life.
Each year, we support their worthy cause.
Special Olympics
The mission of Special Olympics is to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community.
Franciscan Sisters of the Renewal
The Community of the Franciscan Sisters of the Renewal is a public association of the faithful established in 1988 as a parallel Community to the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal. The aim of the Community is to live the Gospel in simplicity according to the ideals of Saint Francis. This ministry is accomplished through a variety of apostolates including a soup kitchen, food pantries, clothing pantries, home-visits, pro-life work, retreat work, and inner-city youth ministry.
Coats for Kids
Provides warmth for deserving children during cold winter months. Knights of Columbus Councils across North America can purchase new winter coats at a discount to be distributed to the children in need in their local communities.
Donations are made on "Giving Tuesday" each year
St. Jude Children's Research Hospital
St. Jude is leading the way the world understands, treats and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases.
Our Knights of Columbus council is a monthly donor to help this cause.
Ultrasound Initiative
The Knights of Columbus works together as an organization to purchase ultrasound machines for qualifying pregnancy centers.
Our council donated $1,000 towards the purchase of 3 machines in Westchester and NYC.
Wheelchair Program
Due to your generosity in 2017-2018, we were able to purchase 5 wheelchairs and provided them to America's veterans through the Veteran's Administration. We participate as our parish needs arise.
